Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

As a proactive community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base, deliver exceptional service, and use TurboTax tools to drive loyalty. Candidates must have active tax credentials and be willing to work a retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN eligibility to file taxes is required.
• State licenses/certifications may be required or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and grow the local TurboTax client base in the community.
