Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local relationships and growing the client base through community engagement. You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs with accuracy and care in a frontline, retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Leverage resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base with local community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
