Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a retail setting, building lasting relationships in your local community. You will act as a trusted advisor, help grow TurboTax’s client base, and participate in local marketing efforts, while adapting to varying hours and peak demand.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ 1040s).
• Onsite availability: 20+ hours per week, weekends included.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive ambassador.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts and make taxes accessible to the community.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via TurboTax tools.
