Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building relationships with the local community.

You will grow the TurboTax client base, leverage marketing support, and maintain a front-facing retail presence. A strong tax background and community-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses or permits may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Engage with the local community and attract new clients.
• Partner with TurboTax marketing and support tools to grow client base.
