Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. As a trusted advisor you’ll help customers navigate their tax needs by providing in-person tax return prep, tax advice, and software support.

You’ll build local client relationships, contribute to community outreach, and collaborate with marketing resources to grow the TurboTax footprint.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have a valid PTIN to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
