Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building long-term client relationships within local communities.

You’ll lead local outreach, grow the client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language and connect with clients.
