Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clear explanations.

You will build local relationships, contribute to community outreach, and leverage TurboTax marketing resources to grow your client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active tax professional license required.
• 3+ years tax return filing experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice to customers.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Assist customers hands-on in-store using TurboTax products.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
