Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, and help grow the local client base through community engagement.

You will be a proactive community ambassador, delivering personalized tax solutions and fostering trust to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the US, Sunday–Saturday, for 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
