Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and fostering lasting relationships within the community.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, combining tax expertise with proactive marketing efforts. This non-exempt, onsite role offers opportunities to engage customers daily and contribute to community

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional tax experience in personal and business returns.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with the community and growing client base.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
