As a valued member of the Optimum Retail team, you will act as a brand ambassador, stay current on offerings, and work toward sales targets. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Some locations require travel to other stores within 35 miles; interview will discuss.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work full-time and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact to engage customers and guide product selections.
• Act as product expert and stay updated on latest telecom offerings.
• Assist with billing questions, process payments, exchanges, and equipment issues.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
