Optimum in United States is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join our in-store team and drive connectivity solutions. You will engage customers, explain product options, and support them to choose the best services while exceeding sales targets.

As a valued member of the Optimum Retail team, you will build lasting customer relationships, act as a brand ambassador, and contribute to a supportive, high-energy store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35 miles between stores.
• Standing for prolonged periods; lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Full-time position with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming environment.
• Stay up to date with product trends to educate customers and recommend solutions.
• Assist with billing, service questions, payments, and troubleshooting.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and integrity.
