Job summary

Optimum is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join our in-store team. You will connect with customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional brand experience.

As a local brand ambassador, you’ll fuse product knowledge with outstanding service, meet sales targets, and participate in a fast-paced, rewarding compensation plan. Full-time, weekend availability required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least one year of retail selling experience.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficient computer and technical skills.
Travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required; interview discussion.
Standing for prolonged periods with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Full-time position with weekend availability.
