Job summary

Optimum Communications Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join our in-store team. You will engage customers, guide them to the best connectivity solutions, and drive exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

You’ll act as a brand ambassador, stay current on our products, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a superior shopping experience. Weekend availability and physical stamina are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent, self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Some locations may require travel within 35 miles; interview discussion.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full-time availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Become a product expert and stay informed on telecom/mobile offerings.
• Assist with billing, service questions, payments, exchanges, and equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
