Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills.
• May travel to other stores within 35 miles if required.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full-time availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers and guide them to products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and educate customers on options.
• Resolve billing and service questions, process payments, and troubleshoot.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a superior customer experience.
