Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support and guidance at a Memphis store. You will assess customer needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs.

Training and resources are provided to help you grow in a fast-paced retail tech environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers through check-in/check-out, diagnosing issues, advising on repairs or replacements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and estimating next steps
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement
• Monitor service queues and provide status updates
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses
• Communicate clearly with fellow agents
