Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our Riverdale, NJ store. You’ll assess customer needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and share accurate status updates with customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
