Best Buy's Geek Squad Agent role puts you at the front line of technology support in our Portsmouth, NH store. You will help customers understand issues, set up devices, and decide between repair or replacement while coordinating with other agents to resolve more complex repairs.

The position emphasizes friendly service, ongoing training, and collaboration with teammates to ensure quick, accurate assistance for every customer.

Formación

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing estimated next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses and collaborate with fellow agents.
