Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during the check-in and checkout process
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs. replace decisions
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
• Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
