Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our Cranberry Township store. You will assess customer needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs.

You’ll provide friendly, timely service during check-in and checkout, gather details to diagnose issues, and guide customers on whether to repair or replace devices. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
