Ideal candidates have at least 3 months of retail or customer service experience, enjoy technology, and can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates.

• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
