Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and noting details, then provide accurate next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement of old devices.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
