Best Buy in Manhattan, KS is hiring a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support in-store. You’ll assess needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll help customers set up devices, provide repair vs. replacement guidance, and keep service queues up to date while maintaining current knowledge through training. This role emphasizes friendly, proactive service.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs. replacement
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses
