Best Buy is seeking a part-time Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support at our Schaumburg store. You’ll assess needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses and collaborate with fellow agents.
