You’ll receive training and resources to assess needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Interest in technology and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand tech issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on whether to repair or replace old devices
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
• Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
