Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our store in Collegeville, PA. You will assess customer needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents to resolve issues.

Applicants should have at least 3 months of retail or customer service experience, a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, and a strong enthusiasm for technology. Training is provided to grow your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs. replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate and partner with fellow agents.
