Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our local store. You’ll be trained to assess needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll help customers with device setup and provide guidance on repair or replacement options. Ideal candidates have 3 months of retail or customer service experience, a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends, and a passion for technology.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout processes.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and documenting details for next steps.
