Job summary

Best Buy Johnstown is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support. You’ll assess needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll learn with training, stay current on devices, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates to provide timely, reliable solutions in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand tech issues by asking questions and taking notes.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate and partner with fellow agents.
