Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad Agent role places you on the front line of technology support in our Triadelphia store, helping customers understand issues, set up devices, and decide whether to repair or replace, with training provided.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to resolve complex repairs, manage service queues, and share knowledge through certification courses to keep skills current in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and provide advice on whether to repair or replace old devices.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
