Job summary

Best Buy Flowood MS is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support, guiding customers through solutions and repairs in-store. You’ll receive training, work with fellow agents on more complex repairs, and help customers decide repair versus replacement.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking notes and providing accurate time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
