Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers needing technology support at our Tustin store. You’ll assess needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

This role offers training, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and opportunities to grow with a company committed to helping people get the most from their technology.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs. replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
