Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Agent role in Phoenix provides technology support and solutions for computers and devices. You’ll be the first contact, assess needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll gain training, help customers decide repair vs replacement, and maintain knowledge through courses while keeping customers informed of timelines. A flexible schedule includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking notes and providing time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
