Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent in Sawgrass, FL to be the first point of contact for technology support and solutions. You will assess customer needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll provide friendly, timely service during check-in and checkout, help set up devices, and advise on repair versus replacement. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Exposure to technology and willingness to learn through training.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses and collaboration with fellow agents.
