Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to communicate clearly and solve problems for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check‑in and checkout.
• Ask questions, listen, take notes and provide accurate next-step estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and update customers on status.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
