Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, make recommendations, repair devices and assist customers in-person and by phone.
• Establish consistent follow-up rhythms to meet or exceed expectations.
• Document customer requests and repairs with accuracy in our system.
• Ensure all repair tasks are completed timely and escalate issues with leaders.
• Maintain knowledge and certifications through ongoing training.
