In this part-time position, you will support our sales team, provide product knowledge, and help create the best in-store experience for every guest. You will work with peers and leaders to manage merchandising, data transfers, and customer queue triage during peak times, while delivering outstanding service and building

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist store guests and support the sales process to deliver a great guest experience.
• Support merchandising, store cleanliness, and everyday operations.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Conduct account reviews and assist with data transfers during busy periods.
• Build personal connections with guests and resolve questions.
