Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to help deliver world-class service. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and create an inviting in-store experience for every guest.

You'll work with store leaders to assist with account reviews, merchandising, and customer interactions during peak times, while training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year customer service, retail/service.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests and make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment with guest interactions and follow-through.
