Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist store team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through during busy periods.
• Support merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create positive, memorable guest experiences.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests and explain product benefits clearly.
• Assist in data transfers and queue triage during peak times.
