Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service to Every Guest.

You will connect guests to what matters most and be the face of Victra in our stores, supporting the sales process and sharing product knowledge. You will work with peers to manage merchandising, data transfers, and guest queue triage during busy periods, while also leading store cleanliness and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail/service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication with customers to find solutions.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during peak times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every guest interaction.
• Perform account reviews to understand guest needs and suggestions.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations through service excellence.
• Create personal connections to simplify tech for guests.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
