Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring part-time Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and become the face of Victra in-store.

In this role, you will assist with account reviews, merchandising, data transfers, and guest triage during busy periods, while ensuring the store remains clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including peak season.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, merchandising, data transfers, and guest queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to meet guest needs.
