Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and engage with customers to build lasting relationships while representing TurboTax in the community.

Ideal candidates hold EA/CPA/attorney licenses with PTIN, and have 3+ years of experience filing 30+ returns. A bilingual English/Spanish option is a plus, and a uniformed, front-facing role is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses or certificates required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to wear a uniform and work in front-facing retail.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and outreach to demystify taxes for the community.
