Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering loyalty.

Applicants should hold active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), be comfortable in a front-facing retail role, and be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location; 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Utilize government resources, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate solutions.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries.
