Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base and contributing to community outreach.

Must have active EA/CPA/attorney license with PTIN, 3+ years preparing 1040s, and willingness to work 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail setting. Bilingual a plus; uniforms required; US residency.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week, Sunday through Saturday.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person tax preparation services, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and plan for future taxes.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term client relationships.
Grow the TurboTax client base in the local community with on-site and online content.
