Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will prepare taxes, advise clients, and build lasting relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Qualified candidates have active EA/CPA licenses (PTIN required) and prefer bilingual English/Spanish; familiarity with tax software and CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax license is required (EA/CPA/attorney preferred).
• PTIN number must be active to file taxes.
• State licenses or permits may be required where you work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and tax advice at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Assist customers with tax planning, deductions, and refunds in plain language.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience and help grow the local client base.
