Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at a Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of paid tax preparation, active tax licenses, and the ability to work 20+ hours per week in a front-facing retail environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Active license required to file taxes (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Minimum three years of tax preparation or related experience.
• Ability to work in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional in-store service and accurate tax solutions.
