Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with tax needs at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in‑person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and fostering community relationships.

The role emphasizes strong tax knowledge, community engagement, and a frontline customer experience. Candidates should be licensed (EA/CPA/attorney) and able to work onsite, with bilingual

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual forms per tax season using professional tax software.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
