Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with PTIN and be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment. Full benefits and a community-focused role are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building long-term client relationships and trust.
