Job summary

Intuit in the United States is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, delivering in-person tax preparation and advice while growing a local client base.

You will assist customers, offer tax planning guidance, and represent TurboTax in the community. Required: active EA/CPA/attorney license and 3+ years of paid tax returns; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN registration required to file taxes.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and outreach.
• Deliver excellent, person-to-person customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
