Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation services to customers, while promoting TurboTax products in the community.

You bring active EA/CPA/attorney credentials and strong tax knowledge, plus ability to engage customers face-to-face, explain complex tax concepts in plain language, and support local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax retail locations, including weekends.
• Ability to engage with diverse customers and explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be the public face of TurboTax in the community and drive local engagement.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and completion services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional on-site customer experience and support local marketing initiatives.
