Job summary

Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in‑person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building a local client base and fostering long‑term relationships in the community.

The role is non-exempt and onsite, requiring availability a minimum of 20 hours per week. A strong tax background with active credentials and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• PTIN on file as required by law to file taxes.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build local clientele through community engagement.
