Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building a local client base and community presence.

Role requires active tax credentials, 3+ years of filing experience, and the ability to work 20+ hours weekly, including weekends. Uniforms; strong customer service and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney) and PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience filing 1040 returns for 30+ clients per season.
• Onsite retail availability, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing environment.
• US residency with ability to obtain state licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice to TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver best-in-class service using TurboTax tools and marketing support.
